Training Goals
- Understand Routing Security and its importance in network planning
- Understand RPKI and configure ROV, including Relying Parties and routers
- Understand the use of communities for traffic engineering at an IXP
- Learn how to analyse traffic and gather information about the network
- Understand the most common issues on IXP Peering LANs
Requirements
- Knowledge of routing and the Border Gateway Protocol (BGP)
- Knowledge of IGP protocols is not required
- Familiarity with a router configuration command-line interface
- Previous participation in the BGP Peering Lab Course
