If you are new to AMS-IX and would like to peer at any other location than Amsterdam or if you want to use any other service than Peering, GRX or Anti-DDoS (Private Interconnect, Cloud Access, I-IPX, MMS Data Exchange, or Closed User Group), please sign up via my.AMS-IX.

AMS-IX is currently replacing its old my.ams-ix customer portal by a new customer portal, AMS-IX.me. Ultimately, AMS-IX will service all its customers via AMS-IX.me. But during the transition phase we will use both customer portals to support our customers.

So which portal should you choose if you want to login?

AMS-IX.me is currently only available for new customers who joined AMS-IX after the 14th of December 2020, who are solely interested in internet peering and who want to connect to AMS-IX Amsterdam.

All other customers can keep on using my.AMS-IX.

• Existing customers of AMS-IX who already have a my.AMS-IX account, can keep on using their existing my.AMS-IX account.
• New customers (who joined AMS-IX after the 14th of December 2020) who want to peer at another location than Amsterdam or want to use another service than peering are also inclined to use the old my.AMS-IX portal.

If you are an existing customer of AMS-IX and you already have a my.AMS-IX account, you can continue to log in to my.AMS-IX.
