The Middle East Network Operators Group and Peering Forum (MENOG) offers a great opportunity for network engineers and other technical staff to share their experiences and knowledge, presenting and discussing latest networking innovations, discover new business models and applications and identify areas for regional cooperation. It is a highly selective meeting attended by experts and interested people from industry, academia and government. The meetings are modelled on those held by NANOG in North America and SANOG in the South Asian region. Typically, the meeting agenda includes presentations, tutorials and workshops to discuss implementation issues that require community cooperation.
